St. Croix - Where We Stay
All prices include accommodations, airport transfers on St. Croix, dance program and included meals (dinner each night as well as breakfast and lunch the first full day, we reserve the right to provide lunch instead of dinner to accommodate program changes as needed) as well as taxes and fees.
Carambola Beach Resort https://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/stxbr-carambola-beach-resort-st-croix-us-virgin-islands/ This winter there are four different room categories at Carambola. Pricing for 7 nights:
Partial Ocean View $2250 per person double occupancy and $3750 per person single occupancy
Partial Ocean View with two double beds and kitchenette $2450 per person double occupancy
Ocean Front $2550 per person double occupancy and $4450 per person single occupancy
Beach Front $2750 per person double occupancy and $4850 per person single occupancy
Carambola is 2 miles from the dance site at Cane Bay Landing Resort and there is a free shuttle system in place for meals and dancing. Carambola is where most folks will stay.

there are a few rustic screen cabins available ($1450 per person double occupancy, $1950 per person single occupancy), there is a central bath house with flush toilets and showers for the cabins.
Please ask about accommodation rates/availability if you wish to arrive before the dance week or stay afterwards.
Trip Cancellation/Medical Evacuation/Covid insurance is strongly recommended. Using a service like https://www.squaremouth.com/ will help compare plans. You can insure part or all of your trip and still get evacuation/medical coverage. Please be aware that St. Croix has only limited medical facilities.
Cancellation Policy: A $500 deposit per person is required to register. $200 is non-refundable per person after November 15, 2024. Full fee is non-refundable after December 15, 2024. You may wish to consider obtaining Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect your investment in the event that you must cancel after December 15, 2024.
