Full fee per person (total based on accommodation type) is due by December 15, 2025. You can still sign up after December 15th, 2025 and pay the full amount, if there is space available.

    Sign Up Online

    Fill out the form below and click the "SUBMIT" button, then send your check to the mailing address above to reserve your spot. You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours. Prices include 7 nights of accommodations, airport transfers on St. Croix, dancing, dinner each night, breakfast each morning and lunch on the first full day of each week.
    To make your housing selection, please check out the Where We Stay page for more details. This year we're asking you to provide your top three housing options in case your first choices are sold out. Select your first choice, then type in your second and third choices in the boxes below.

    Trip Cancellation/Medical Evacuation/Covid Insurance is strongly recommended. Using a service like Squaremouth will help compare plans. You can insure part or all of your trip and still get evacuation/medical coverage. Please be aware that St. Croix has only limited medical facilities.

    Cancellation Policy: $200 is non-refundable per person after November 15, 2025. Full fee is non-refundable after December 15, 2025. You may wish to consider obtaining Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect your investment in the event that you must cancel after December 15, 2025.
